“KAPOOOL” refers to the KAPOOOL brand, platform, founders, operators, and any future legal entity that may operate or own the service. The waitlist is currently used to manage early access interest for the KAPOOOL virtual-token social gaming experience.

- Source URL, referral URL, and campaign attribution parameters such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term
- Technical information such as browser/device information and server logs where required for security and service operation
We do not collect payment information, government identification, bank details, or real-money gambling information through this waitlist.

- Send waitlist, product, and early-access email updates
- Group interested players by Crew / Table Name where possible
- Understand interest by country, campaign, and source
